Questions about Ordering


What payment options do you offer?

When you order from CIRK-L you pay securely via Klarna, you can choose to pay by card (Visa/Mastercard), invoice (30 days), instalment or direct payment. As a private person you can also choose to pay by Swish.

As a regular business customer, you can also create an account with us and apply for invoice payment. After approval, you can choose to pay via a 30-day business invoice sent directly from us, i.e. not via Klarna.


I have not received a confirmation of my order?

Make sure that the email has not ended up in Junk mail. If you can't find it, please contact [email protected] and we will help you.


What applies in the event of a complaint?

If you have received an item that turns out to be defective or incorrect please contact us at [email protected]


What about Open Purchase and Exchange?

You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased from the online store, in accordance with the Distance and Home Selling Act. This means that you have the right to return an item if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
