General information - free returns with our 30-day return policy

If something in your order was wrong or if you are not satisfied with any of the goods ordered, you can always rest assured that you have the option to return all or part of your order within our 30-day return policy. Simply contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page and we will help you.

In order to process your return/exchange quickly, please return the product including all the contents you have received, such as labels, brochures, packaging and the completed form (which you will receive from our customer service department).

We can only provide a direct exchange if the price of the returned product is the same as that of the new product. If you wish to exchange a product for a different price category, we ask you to return the original product instead and then place a new order for the desired product.

Please note that all returns are your responsibility until we receive the returned product at our warehouse. Therefore, be sure to keep your return receipt until you receive an email from us confirming that we have received your returned package.

We will process the return as quickly as possible and refund the corresponding funds to the credit card you used to complete the original order, or we will credit your open invoice so that you only have to pay the balance.

You will be notified by email once we have processed your refund.

How do I return/exchange a product that I ordered on cirk-l.com?
Just contact our customer service and we will help you. Please state the reason for the return/exchange, the order number and describe the products you wish to return or exchange. For a refund or exchange, your product must be in its original saleable condition, meaning the product is unused and can be returned with any tags and in its original packaging.

How are the products shipped and who pays for the cost?
After contacting our customer service, we will help you with instructions on how to return the products, as this depends on the type of product.
Exchanges and returns are free of charge.

How should the products be packaged?
When returning products, pack them in their original packaging and place them in the appropriate shipping container. It is important that you do not tape or attach shipping documents directly to the product or its packaging, otherwise your return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange/return discounted products?
Of course you can. Discounted products can be exchanged for another product in the same price range or refunded within 30 days of receipt of your order.

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
Normally we process your return within 1-2 days from the date we receive the delivery. However, it may take a few days for your money to appear in your account so please allow at least 10 days before contacting us. If you have any questions or need help with your return, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
