OUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

For us at CIRK-L it is important that you as a customer are satisfied with our products and therefore we want to offer our customers a customer satisfaction guarantee. You can test our products and if you are not satisfied, we offer the possibility to return the products and get your money back.

WHAT IS IT?

We offer you to test our products, but they must be used sparingly and in good condition if the satisfaction guarantee is to be honoured.

  • Products must be whole when returned.
  • Valid for 30 days from receipt of your goods.
  • Valid only on CIRK-L's own product range (not hand tools and Tanos Systainer storage)

Does not apply

  • If the products are damaged with holes and tears or have permanent stains.
  • After 30 days have passed.

ON RETURN

  • Download the survey.
  • Attach the completed survey in an email to customer service, info@cirk-l and indicate: customer satisfaction guarantee and your order number.
  • We will deal with your case as soon as we receive your return and get back to you by email for a refund.
